We’re seeking a personable, motivated sales professional to guide prospective buyers through our new construction homes. As the first point of contact, you’ll manage leads, engage walk-ins, and build relationships that convert interest into action.

This is not a traditional real estate role. It’s a structured, process-driven sales position focused on follow-up, qualification, and consistent results.

Overview

We are seeking a highly personable, polished, and motivated sales professional to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers of our new construction homes. This role combines inside sales, on-site engagement, and local business networking to generate, nurture, and convert leads into qualified buyers.

This is not a traditional real estate agent role. The position is focused on lead engagement, qualification, relationship-building, and follow-up within a structured sales process designed to drive consistent conversions.

Core Objective

Create a consistent, repeatable sales process that:

  • Converts inbound and walk-in traffic into qualified buyers
  • Builds relationships with growing regional businesses and relocation pipelines
  • Ensures no lead goes unmanaged or without follow-up
  • Represents the brand with professionalism and consistency

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Own all inbound leads (calls, website, walk-ins)
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences using CRM tools
  • Categorize leads into lifecycle stages (hot, near-term, long-term)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

On-Site Sales Presence

  • Staff model homes and open houses (primarily weekends)
  • Conduct property tours and guide prospects through the buying journey
  • Deliver a compelling and consistent sales narrative
  • Capture visitor information and initiate follow-up

Buyer Qualification

  • Ask structured qualifying questions (budget, timeline, readiness)
  • Identify serious vs. casual buyers early in the process
  • Advance qualified prospects through the sales pipeline

Community & Business Development

  • Attend local events, networking opportunities, and community functions
  • Build relationships with growing regional businesses that attract relocating employees
  • Develop partnerships that create inbound relocation opportunities

Sales Coordination & Oversight

  • Help coordinate and support model home staff and on-site representatives
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, follow-up, and lead handling across locations
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales process and narrative

Brand & Content Participation

  • Serve as a visible representative of the brand in video and social content
  • Help personalize and humanize the sales experience

Compensation
